We develop Process Design Package (Basis for Design and Front End Engineering Design) in accordance with client needs/guidelines, international standards/regulations. We apply the principle of requirements management and systems engineering to ensure that our clients’ designs meet the minimum functional requirements, and any additional requirement is risk and value assessed to ensure that only necessaryadditional cost is incurred.

We also license technologies to our clients, for solutions patented by our partners or technology applications developed by us.

We can undertake Detailed Engineering & Design based on the PDP developed by us or clients’ engineering team. Our designs incorporate lessons learnt and best practices across industries.

We can also provide review support (HAZOP, SAFOP, etc), supervision and management of clients’ contractors.

We, together with our partners, have resources to execute and supervise to construction/installation/modification, testing and commissioning of clients’ plants in line with defined quality criteria, performance standards and operating envelopes.

Training and skills transfer are at the core of our processes ensuring that clients’ plants continue to be operated in a safe and effective manner, to deliver optimal performance.

We provide effective project management support to our clients, commencing at conceptualization, to construction and finally commissioning and handover. We strive to ensure that our clients’ projects are completed within schedule, and to cost and quality, while delivering expected benefit at completion.

After commissioning and handover, we can provide clients with operation and maintenance services. We can provide after-sales support services on a call-off basis and also specialist maintenance services including overhauls.

We have an extensive supply chain network enabling us to take care of all the procurement needs of our clients. 

We also provide materials/ spares stock management services to improve turnaround time for spares requests, while reducing clients’ overall total cost of ownership of the spares.
